Description

Reaching the next level
The new X-SPDIF3 USB digital audio interface enables your computer, tablet or cell phone to easily output a high-quality digital audio signal to digital audio devices, transmit in USB asynchronous mode and convert the USB input into an optical/coaxial/AES/IIS-LVDS output interface.
Compared to the previous generation, IIS-LVDS output isolation has been added, allowing the digital output to be completely isolated from the ground wire at the USB end, and saying goodbye to annoying noise from the USB front end.
In addition, it supports 32-bit/768 kHz PCM and 1-bit/DSD512 signals, enabling excellent output quality from PCs and mobile devices.

Filtering noise from digital audio signals
X-SPDIF3 converts audio data into S/PDIF or IIS-LVDS signals from a USB connection, which can be considered a “problem eliminator” for digital signals.
When your computer, cell phone or tablet doesn’t have a coaxial or fiber optic interface, you can use X-SPDIF3 for interface conversion, enabling your existing mobile devices to output high-quality digital audio signals to the DACs.
During this process, the audio signal will be optimized and reformed, and the “impurity” of the front-end will be isolated, providing a perfect, pure digital audio signal to the final equipment, effectively improving sound quality.

Femtosecond clock
With 2 Accusilicon femtosecond clocks as a reference clock source to accurately restore the nature of the music.
Operating respectively at 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz and their sample rate multiples, the FPGA automatically performs frequency division and switching control, and is powered by an independent, ultra-low-noise LDO.
The clean power supply lets you enjoy your music without worry.

IIS-LVDS definition
The X-SPDIF3 can be configured with 4 types of IIS-LVDS interface definition by toggling the switch on the underside of the device, to suit different backplanes.
This gives the X-SPDIF3 a wider range of applications.
