The Silent Angel Munich MU network player is a high-end model equipped with audiophile components, a low-noise power supply and a precision clock to ensure optimal playback of Hi-Res music. Ideal for exploiting your entire music library, this Silent Angel steamer supports files up to a very high resolution of 32 bit / 768 kHz, as well as MQA and DSD256 tracks.
This versatile device can access numerous streaming services such as Qobuz, Tidal and Amazon Music, as well as web radios, and receive music via AirPlay 2. It’s easy to control via a comprehensive, intuitive mobile application.
Streaming HD
Thanks to its SSD rack, the Silent Angel Munich MU network player can accommodate your entire music library.
It can then play the titles stored on it, or enjoy files shared on the local network via DLNA or Roon.
Hi-Res tracks are supported up to a very high resolution of 32 bits / 768 kHz.
Naturally, MQA and DSD files (up to DSD256) are also compatible. Major streaming services, including Spotify, Tidal and Qobuz, are also supported by the Silent Angel Munich MU player, as are web radios.
What’s more, music can also be easily streamed via AirPlay 2 from an iPhone, iPad or Mac.
Audiophile design
Developed according to audiophile criteria, the Silent Angel Munich MU player uses complex technical solutions to deliver transparent, precise listening.
It all starts with an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy chassis machined from a solid block on a CNC machine.
It forms an effective barrier against electromagnetic waves and enables passive ventilation of the system.
Analog and digital circuits are independent and effectively isolated to limit interference and disturbance.
The power supply used is a low-noise model ensuring a clean, stable current. Finally, a high-precision TCXO clock minimizes latency and jitter, for smooth, natural playback.
Full connectivity
At the rear, the Silent Angel Munich MU server boasts full connectivity for easy pairing with any receiver.
Its RCA and XLR connectors let you link it to an amp or pre-amp, while the coaxial, USB and AES/EBU outputs are ideal for using your own external DAC.
What’s more, the four USB-A ports on this Silent Angel player allow you to connect multiple hard drives or USB sticks to consolidate your entire music library.
Finally, a BNC connector allows connection of an external 10 MHz clock.
Mobile application
Thanks to its powerful 6-core processor, the Silent Angel Munich MU network player is optimally responsive when loading music, avoiding any latency or jitter effects.
Control is via the VitOS mobile application, ensuring seamless navigation through your music library, streaming services and web radios.
Thanks to this application, it is also possible to install numerous add-on modules to extend the possibilities offered by the Silent Angel Munich MU player.
