IeGo Shuko plug is made from pure Furukawa copper with a 24K Silver Plating.

The contacts are from 99.99% pure Japanese “prime grade copper red”. First the contacts are Cryogenic treatment at -240 degrees for 20 hours, this raises not only the conductivitybut also brings the copper the desired hardness, so that the contacts are not bent.

The contacts are treated with acid and coated with Silver and then hand polished.

The housing is a special PVC manufactured in Japan by General .

You may choose the color between Black and Silver (Transparent).

Description

IeGo is a Japanese manufacturer for power conectors and accessories. These plugs are made from either a High-purity cryogenically treated Furukawa copper base,which comes in the following finishes Anti-oxidized pure copper, Silver plated, Rhodium plated and Gold plated

There is also one that is made from using 6N High-purity cryogenically treated solid silver which makes it very special as it is the only iec plug made from this material and i have to say that these plugs are the worlds best audio grade connectors .

All contacts are hand polished (twice) for best contact performance
