The EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier is a purely analog model equipped with a low-noise external linear power supply. Thanks to a unique topology and symmetrical architecture, the EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier offers a powerful 3800 mW to efficiently power any pair of headphones or earphones. Compatibility with any model is assured thanks to balanced and unbalanced outputs. Finally, the EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier also benefits from pre-out outputs, enabling it to be used as a hi-fi pre-amp.
EarMen CH-Amp: audiophile components
The EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier adopts a symmetrical architecture using only the highest quality components, including WIMA capacitors, MELF low-noise resistors and SoundPlus OPA1642 operational amplifiers. This carefully chosen combination results in high neutrality, an excellent signal-to-noise ratio and very low distortion. The printed circuit board is securely integrated into the solid aluminum housing to ensure good isolation and optimal operating conditions for the internal components.
The power stage of the EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier features a unique composite topology. This ideally combines the best features of both DC and AC models. Unlike traditional power amplifiers, which can suffer from errors and performance degradation at high listening volumes, the EarMen CH-Amp’s composite op-amp eliminates these problems, guaranteeing optimum performance at all times.

The EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier uses an external power supply to limit interference and maximize transparency.
This ultra-low-noise linear power supply has been designed specifically for this model, and benefits from meticulously selected components.
It ensures that the various components of the EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier are supplied with a clean, stable, undisturbed current.
The result is greater transparency and optimal perception of micro-detail. Finally, overload, short-circuit and overtemperature protections effectively protect the EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier.

Thanks to its balanced 4.4 mm jack and unbalanced 6.35 mm jack headphone outputs, the EarMen CH-Amp can be easily combined with the majority of headphones and earphones.
Its SoundPlus OPA1642 modules deliver up to 3800 mW balanced and unbalanced.
Thanks to the high current-carrying capacity of the linear power supply, this power can be delivered instantaneously, guaranteeing dynamic, well-paced listening.
Finally, a gain control allows you to ideally adapt the output power to the characteristics of the associated headphones.
EarMen CH-Amp: full connectivity
In addition to the 4.4 mm jack and 6.35 mm jack headphone outputs, the EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier features two unbalanced RCA inputs and one balanced 4.4 mm jack input.
This makes it possible to connect a wide range of sources, such as a CD player, a network player or an audio DAC.
The practical EarMen CH-Amp headphone amplifier also features an RCA pre-out and a 4.4 mm jack pre-out, enabling it to be used as a hi-fi pre-amp.
